Returns & exchanges

Unopened items: returns accepted only if you contact us within 7 days of delivery. Return postage is at your expense.
Faulty or wrong items: contact us within 7 days of delivery. We exchange or refund and cover the postage.
Not eligible for return: opened or used items, items damaged or soiled through your own handling, and items more than 8 days past delivery.
