Article 1 (Scope)

These terms set out the conditions of use of the SnowPlus Japan official online store ("the Store"). By using the Store you are deemed to have agreed to them.

Article 2 (Age conditions)

The Store is intended for customers aged 20 and over. As a matter of company policy we do not market or sell to anyone under 20. Consent to the age confirmation is required when ordering. If we find an order was placed on a false declaration, we may cancel it.

Article 3 (Nature of the products)

The products sold in the Store contain no nicotine and no tar. They are adult recreational products, not medical devices or pharmaceuticals intended to help you stop or reduce smoking. Please refrain from use if any of the following applies to you.

• You are pregnant or breastfeeding
• You have a cardiovascular or respiratory condition
• You are allergic to any ingredient in the product
• You are feeling unwell

Stop using immediately if you feel any adverse effects.

Article 4 (Formation of the contract)

An order is formed when we send the order confirmation email. Depending on stock, the delivery address, or other circumstances we judge inappropriate, we may decline the transaction even after the order has been formed.

Article 5 (Returns & exchanges)

Return and exchange conditions are as set out in the Specified Commercial Transactions Act notice .

Article 6 (Prohibited conduct)

• Reselling products purchased from the Store
• Transferring products to anyone under 20
• Interfering with the operation of the Store
• Infringing the rights of other customers or third parties

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

Figures such as puff counts stated in product descriptions are premised on variation with conditions of use, and we do not guarantee any particular number of uses. We are also not liable for delivery delays arising from causes outside our control, such as natural disasters or transport disruption.

Article 8 (Governing law & jurisdiction)

These terms are governed by Japanese law. Disputes relating to the Store are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
